This policy explains how Awal Consulting Inc. d/b/a DispatchCo ("DispatchCo", "we") collects and uses information on dispatchco.ai.

Information we collect

When you take the Blind Spot Audit we collect your answers, your score and results, and the name and email address you enter. If you ask for a copy by text, we collect your mobile number and your consent to receive texts. If you book a call, we collect the details you enter in the booking form. Our hosting and analytics providers may also collect your IP address, browser and device information, referral source, pages visited and how you use the site.

How we use it

We use information to deliver your audit results, follow up about them, schedule and prepare for calls, send messages you requested, keep customer records, improve the site and protect against misuse. We do not sell personal information for money.

How we disclose information

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our communications, including hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email and text delivery and scheduling. Current providers may include Netlify, Google, Meta and HighLevel. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the site works.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for legal, security and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message and stop texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

Children and international visitors

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
