You and your team can't keep running it all by hand.
Show us how the work runs today. We build the systems and AI that take it off your plate, inside the tools you already use. First system live in 30 days.
A real build: caregiver licensing cut from about 6 months to under 90 days, depending on the state agency.
Getting the business isn't the problem. Running it the old way is.
An owner shouldn't be the system.
Good people shouldn't spend their day copying, chasing and remembering.
That work belongs to systems and AI, so your team can do the work that needs a person.
Good people, stuck retyping.
Small misses. Big bills.
Follow-up runs on memory.
You bought the app. Nobody uses it.
They promised. Then they disappeared.
"I've been the owner doing everything by hand at midnight. I build the systems I wish someone had built for me."

One fix up close. A customer texts a plumber at 9:47 PM, after everyone has gone home.
Meet your booking agent.
One of the agents we build. It answers from your own prices and calendar, and hands anything unusual to a person. Here's what it handled while your team was off the clock.
- A text comes inMaria asks about a kitchen leak. Your team already went home.9:47:02 PM
- It reads the messageKitchen sink, water pooling. Flagged as urgent.9:47:05
- It asks the right questionIs it still leaking? The answer decides how fast you go.9:47:40
- It checks your calendar8 AM and 10 AM are open tomorrow. It offers both.9:49
- It books the jobThursday 8:00 AM, with a reminder text the night before.9:50
- It tells youThe job is in your CRM and you get a text: new job booked.9:50
That's one problem, fixed while you slept. The Blind Spot Audit finds the ones costing you the most.
That was an example. Here's a real build.
Caregiving Solutions, Arizona
Licensing a caregiver took about 6 months. Now it takes under 90 days.
Every applicant was stuck on state paper forms, waiting for someone to send the next step. Now they finish on their phone, and the next step goes out on its own.
Follow one applicant through itTiming depends on the state's review. Pre-qualification figure is May to October 2026. Shared with Caregiving Solutions' permission.

Keep the work you love. Hand off the rest.
Most AI projects skip the first step. We start by writing down how your business really runs, so the systems match it and your team will use them.
We write it down
Every job that waits on you, and how it gets done.
We hand it off
Each job gets an owner, a person or an AI agent.
You get your time back
Your team runs it, and you do the work only you should do.
Most companies get a map. We build what's on it.
Three steps. First system live in 30 days.

30 minutes on Zoom. We go over your report, check the numbers and agree on the first fix. Then you get a written scope and price, and you decide.
We build it with your team
Biggest blind spot first, with your people trained to run it. The next system follows by day 90.
What the first 90 days can look like
- Day 30Every lead gets an answer in under a minute.
- Day 45Follow-up runs without anyone remembering.
- Day 60Your numbers are waiting Monday at 7 AM.
- Day 90We time the work again. You see the hours you got back.
An example path. Every business moves at its own pace.
We don't start strong and disappear.
- Every build starts hands-on with our team. We build alongside your people from week 1 to launch.
- You hear from us every week. A 30-minute check-in for the length of the build.
- You see the number. We time the jobs in week 1, both sign it, and time them again at day 90.
- You keep everything. Every system, login and document stays yours. Stop anytime.
10 hours a week back by day 90, or we build one more system free.
For Deployment clients. The extra system is no bigger than the smallest one in your Deployment, and it's delivered within 30 days.
- How we measure itIn week 1 we time the jobs we're automating with you, and we both sign that number. At day 90 we time them again the same way.
- Your partThe week-1 timing, fast access and approvals, the weekly check-in, and running the work through the systems. Full terms are in the FAQ.
Plan it. Build it. Teach it. Pick one or all three.
Every system comes with training for the people who run it.

- A ranked plan with the dollar value of each fix
Credited toward your Deployment
Deployment
Your first system running in 30 days.
For owners who want it built and running.
- Playbooks written first, then automated
- 2 to 4 systems built inside your tools
- Your team trained to run it without you
Scoped from your Blind Spot Audit
Workshop
Your team builds its own agents on real work.
For teams that need to use AI every day.

How we calculate this
Built by an owner, for owners.
Jay Awal runs his own businesses on systems like these. He started DispatchCo to build them for other owners.
- We run on it first. Jay's own businesses run on DM replies, follow-up and content systems like the ones on this page.
- We teach it. 30+ stages, plus an AI build cohort for owners.
- We show up. Every build starts hands-on with our team.
Questions owners ask.
What does AI implementation mean for a small business?
It means AI doing real work inside your business, not another login nobody opens. We find the repeat jobs that cost you the most, write down how they should run, build the systems in the tools you already use and train your team to run them. See our guide to implementing AI.
What's in the Blind Spot Audit?
10 quick questions about your leads, follow-up, past customers, manual work, whether your process is written down and how much waits on you. You get a score out of 100 and your top 3 blind spots right away. Add your name, email and mobile number to see sales at risk in dollars and the hours you could get back, with the math shown. If you want help, you can book a 30-minute walkthrough with Jay from the results.
What does it cost?
It depends on what we build, so we scope it after your Blind Spot Audit and a call. A 6-person shop and a 60-person company need different things. You see the full scope and price before any work starts, and you can start with a Blueprint and decide on the rest later.
I've been burned by an agency or consultant before. Why would this be different?
Every build starts hands-on with our team. You get a 30-minute check-in every week, everything is built in your own accounts, and you can stop anytime and keep what's built. We time the jobs in week 1 and again at day 90, so you see what changed instead of taking our word for it.
Do you write down our processes?
Yes, and we do it before we automate anything. We map where the business waits on you, write the playbooks and show which jobs your people own and which ones an agent handles.
Will my team actually use it?
That's why we build it with them and train them on it. We write down how they already work first, so the system fits their day instead of adding another app nobody opens. The goal is the same team getting more done, not a smaller team.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
It answers in your words, from your own prices, hours and policies, and hands anything unusual to a person. You approve how it talks before it goes live. Text the demo agent on this page and judge for yourself.
I'm not techy and I don't have time. Is that a problem?
No. You know your business, we know the build. Your part is about 30 minutes a week to approve things and tell us what's off.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build inside the CRM, phone, calendar, email and payment tools you already pay for. If one of them can't do the job, we tell you before you buy anything new.
Is my data safe?
Everything is built in your own accounts, so your data stays under your control, and you hold every login when we're done. Before we build, we walk you through which AI services the system uses and how each one handles your data.
How does the 10-hour guarantee work?
It comes with every Deployment. In week 1 we time the jobs we're automating with you and we both sign that number. At day 90 we time them again the same way. If your team isn't saving 10 hours a week, we build one more system free, no bigger than the smallest one in your Deployment, within 30 days. It applies when you've done your part: the week-1 timing, access within 5 business days, the weekly check-in, playbook approvals within 3 business days, and running the work through the systems.
Am I locked in?
No. Blueprint, Deployment and Workshop are separate decisions. Stop after any of them and keep everything we made.
Do you work with bigger companies?
Yes. See how we work with mid-market companies and our workshops for enterprise teams. Our focus is owner-run businesses, the ones the big AI firms are not built for.
See what to take off your plate first. It takes 3 minutes.
The Blind Spot Audit shows where the work still waits on you and what that costs. See your score and top 3 blind spots right away. Add your name, email and phone to see the dollars and hours.
