Your teams don't need another AI demo. They need to build.
In-person workshops where your teams build on their own real work, in the tools you have already approved. Scored before the session and again at 60 days.
What your team leaves with
- BeforeA score for how each team uses AI today.
- In the roomWorking builds on real jobs from their week.
- Day 60A second score, so you can see what stuck.
Why most AI training fades.
It ends with slides
People leave inspired, then go back to the same inbox.
It sits outside the real work
Practice examples are easy to forget. Their own work is not.
Nobody measures it
Attendance gets counted. Whether the work changed does not.
How a Workshop runs.
One group, one session, built around the work they already do.
We score the starting point
Before the session we measure how the team uses AI today.
We pick real jobs
Your leaders choose the repeat work worth fixing first.
Your team builds
In person, at your office, on that work, with us beside them.
We score it again
At 60 days we measure again, so you get a number instead of a feeling.
Easy to approve.
Your approved tools
We work in the AI tools your security team has already cleared.
Your data rules
Your policies set what can go into the room. We build the session around them.
No system access for us
Your people do the building in their own accounts. We do not need a login.
Led by Jay Awal.
Jay has spoken on 30+ stages and runs an AI build cohort for owners. His own businesses run on the kinds of systems your teams will build.
Start small, on purpose.
We are a small firm, and we do not run company-wide rollouts. A Workshop is a low-risk way to find out if we are useful to you. If a team wants a system built after that, we can talk about it.
Common questions.
What does it cost?
It depends on the group, the location and what you want built, so we scope it after the first conversation.
Is it remote or in person?
In person, at your office. The building is the point, and it works best in the same room.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not today. A Workshop runs in your approved tools and your own accounts, so we do not need access to your systems.
How big can the group be?
Tell us the size and goals. We will say honestly what works for one session and what should be split.
What happens after the Workshop?
We score the team again at 60 days. If a team wants more, a system can be built for them as a separate decision.
Tell us about the group.
Who is in it, how many people, and what you want them to build. Jay reads every request and replies by email.
